Don’t be angry that you gave up a little. But be determined and serious in your intention to stop.
We all relax in this age of pork, French, alcohol, coca cola, cakes, sausages and fritters and who knows what kind of groceries. But then the buttons burst, the hoses inflate… Then the after party begins.
It is not easy, one of the reasons is that we have raised insulin to another level and the more we eat, the more hungry we are. Just one day break to do is not a cat cough.
Here are some tips that might be helpful: 3 days can be endured by anyone!
1. Calculate right away how much water you need to drink a day, pour into one bottle, drain 1-2 lemons inside, and don’t go to bed until the bottle is empty. 3 dcl of water goes to 10 kg of body weight.
Eg. if you have 60 kg = 6 x 0.3 dcl = 1.8 L, you should drink at least 1.8 L of water per day.
2. Make a shopping list or copy this one:
• Yogurt (low-fat, plain not fruity)
• Meat (chicken, turkey)
• Ginger
• Lemon
• Prunes, bananas, apples
• Vegetables: chard, cabbage, carrots, artichokes, parsley, celery stalk, lettuce
• Eggs
• Oatmeal
3. Go to the store, just as motivated as you went before Christmas and buy preparations for the bikinilukmasacre. Remember to bring a list, and stick strictly to it.
4. Include 45 minutes a day in your daily walking schedule. Download an app to your phone so you can track your daily compliance.
5. Make a list of dishes you love and it will help you take a New Year’s gift off your belly and waist.
6. Use olive or pumpkin oil in salads and whenever it suits you.
7. Rest every day and take care to sleep as much as you need.
8. Avoid alcohol, fizzy drinks and non-carbonated sweetened juices.
9. Make ginger tea every day and season with orange.
10. Add less salt to all foods, avoid sweets, and if you really need something sweet, buy protein bars with the flavor you like the most and treat yourself once a day.
Only 3 days separate you from feeling better, healthier and slimmer. LET YOURSELF HAVE IT!
